Details: This position is an opportunity to impact the opioid epidemic in a powerful and profound way. This grant has been awarded by the State of Colorado to provide services to a population of people, largely in rural settings, that do not have access to treatment for substance use disorders. The position requires great flexibility in both schedule and job duties.

Each mobile unit will be staffed with 3 people who will share duties around driving, providing treatment, and reaching out to communities to develop relationships and maintain professional alliances. Hours will be variable and may include weekends. Duties will include the operation of an RV style vehicle in mountain communities and over long distances.

On each unit there will be a nurse, a counselor, and a peer specialist all who feel passionate about making a difference in the field of addiction disorders. The mobile units have a coordinator who will oversee all operations of the units.
