The purpose of this course is to train new counselors in the theoretical rationale and application of ADAD standards to client record keeping. Emphasis is on preparing treatment plans, progress notes, treatment plan updates and discharge summary. You will have 21 days from the first day to complete class. All students will be contacted via email on the first day of class with the longin info and how the class will take place, ie: activites ,assignments, exam.
