Registration Information

When paying for classes online: PLEASE pay for each class individually as this will make accounting and changes to classes much easier. With the New system we can not just refund the amount of one class if it is ran with another class. Thank You Odyssey.

Attention Students: For those students that wish to sign up for a class now and pay later or Online Elective Classes must call 303-657-0996 and register with Robin.

Please carefully read the following information before registering for a class at Odyssey Training Center:

  • All classes are scheduled from 8:30am - 5:00pm daily.

  • We encourage early registration since all courses have minimum and maximum enrollment requirements. If you wait to the last minute, a class may be canceled due to not having enough enrolled students, or there may not be enough space for you in the class.
  • Policy Regarding Nonrefudnable classes. Due to Limited Class Size the following classes have a no refund policy upon cancellation
  •      Addictions Counseling Skills
  •      Client Records Management
  •      Motivational Interviewing
  •      Group Counseling Skills
  •      Advanced Motivational Interviewing
  •      Clinical Supervision I
  •      Clinical Supervision II
  • You are enrolled when your registration fees are paid in full.

  • ALL Classes are filled on a first-come, first serve basis, according to receipt of payment.

  • Please make checks payable to Odyssey Training Center for all classes.

  • All Grand Junction and Colorado Springs classes must be registered and paid for through the Denver office of Odyssey Training Center. Payment MUST be received no later than 10 days prior to the class.

Snow Policy:
Classes will be canceled for Denver, Colorado Springs and Grand Junction when area public schools cancel classes. In the event of a cancellation due to snow or any other sudden emergency, every attempt will be made to reschedule the workshop or full tuition will be refunded.

Class Cancelation by Odyssey Training Center:
If Odyssey Training Center must cancel a class, all students will be notified at least one week prior to class by telephone and will receive a full refund or credit for another class.

Cancelation of Classes by Students:

Student cancellations must be received at least 10 days prior to the first day of class to receive a full refund.

Cancellations and/or reschedules received less than 10 days prior to the first day of the class will be charged the following administration fees:

  • One Day Class = $25
  • Two Day Class = $50
  • Three Day Class = $75

If a student fails to cancel their class, before 8:30am the day of the class there will be no refund. In order to take the class at a later date, the student will have to register and pay again. PLEASE be extremely conscious of this, especially if you have a state or other agency assisting with payment of your education. Many agencies will take away your aid and may charge you back for the costs.


Online Registration Form

Odyssey Training Center's new Online Registration System is now live. Please use our ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM to register and pay for classes online.

Students will now be able not only register for classes but also pay for classes online. Credit card payments are now active. Echeck payments will be activated in a few days. You will only be required to signup once with our secure ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.

To register for additional classes or to make payments you will be required to Login to your account. You'll use the email address and password you originally used to signup for an account to login to your account. If you don't have an email address, we recommend creating a FREE email account at GMail. If you ever forget your password, you can reset your password by visiting our Password Reset page.
